Sore Back Sufferers

People who live with chronic back pain know that prolonged sitting, standing, walking or even sleeping will aggrivate their sciatic condition.

Sore back sufferers need to keep their back muscles strong enough to support the spine.  Exercise helps, but changing positions will keep back muscles from getting fatigued.

Standing generally alleviates back pain.   This is because the back stays aligned, as it is meant to be.   When you stand straight, you allow your muscles to support your upper body, as opposed to sitting on a chair that supports your back.   Standing will prevent chronic back pain and pinched nerves. Plus, it also challenges your back muscles for better posture.
